Prior to joining CED, I spent a couple of years in the electrical distribution field, working for another distributor. Believe me, there is nothing comparable to the experience and education I have received through the CED Management Training Program. Both my fellow trainees and employees have helped me along through the courses and training and have always been there to help me. The Management Training Program has allowed me to travel to different cities across the country to gain more knowledge and understanding of the products and trends in this ever evolving field. I have built new ties through recruiting and career fairs and have had the opportunity to continue a relationship with my former university. CED has given me a chance to build a career in something I love doing, meeting new people and building life-long relationships.
