Two weeks after graduation I started my career with CED. It s been the fastest three years of my life and I m proud to say that I am now a Profit Center Manager in Johnstown, PA. There has been one change after another throughout the last three years in my professional and personal life. I moved twice, got married, and bought a house just to name a few. CED has accommodated every change that I ve made. Looking back on my training I would of never thought I would have had so many opportunities before the age of 25. I ve been all over the country from California, Mississippi, to Wisconsin. A major advantage the training program offers is that you are not required to have any electrical knowledge or background. CED will equip you with the tools and expertise necessary to become an effective and efficient Profit Center Manager; you just need to have a  can do hard working attitude. <p /> As a PC Manager, no day is ever the same, and there is never a boring day. CED gives me the freedom to operate the PC as I see fit for the local market. This is a huge competitive advantage. The most rewarding part of my job is winning with the team members here at the PC. I m responsible for four other employees, all of which are older than myself. This difference in age does not present any problems. Watching the team win and see the PC making money and being profitable is the ultimate success. If you enjoy being around people, helping others, selling, and making meaningful decisions then CED will be the last career you ll ever have. <p /> One last comment to help someone researching CED, you will hear  Profit Center and  PC used a lot. PC is an acronym for Profit Center. We DO NOT refer to our locations as  stores, branches, distribution centers, etc . They are Profit Centers because we are in the business of making money.
