When I was finishing my college time at Marquette University, I knew that there were a few things that I did not want in a job;
1. I was not looking forward to a cubicle job.
2. I did not want to answer to 3 bosses everyday.
3. I did not want to be stuck in a dead end job.
I also knew what I did want from my job;
1. I did want to be in Sales.
2. I wanted to negotiate deals.
3. I wanted to really make a difference at my job.
4. I wanted to be able to be promoted…fast!
CED was the company that I knew I was looking for. The Management Training Program gave me all the opportunities that were necessary to my growth...both within the Company as well as personally. The Program gave me a few years to perform the various job functions at separate Profit Centers. I was able to bring my own sales and management style into my first PC, which I am really able to call my own!
The opportunity that CED provides is amazing, and I’m very happy that I decided to join the CED Team. They allow me to run my business as if it were my own, yet provide me with a world class support group that helps me when necessary. Working for CED is the perfect blend of owning my business, and working for a major company.
