Our locations, called “Profit Centers”, operate as stand-alone business units. Managers have the authority and autonomy to make all decisions to effectively run their business, having full P&L responsibility. They choose everything from their building size and location, their suppliers, the number of employees and the market they will serve. CED’s business philosophy truly allows you to “be your own boss”.
